Product and Service Quality Gain deep understanding of data that impact service and product quality. Perform audits including subcontracted Services as well as Service Support visits for all new model 1st shipments, project installations or commissioning when requested.Work with Cross-Functional team in the resolution of key quality issues based on data. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the flow of value through our systems and processes, ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively. You will leverage your strong background in Lean and Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and passion for continuous improvement while leading Business Analysts and Scrum Masters within the Data Platform Value Stream. Key Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader to agile teams, educating and coaching them to maximize efficiencies and performance in Agile practices, focusing on delivering customer value and embracing continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Agile Team Members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on value delivery and prioritization of initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. Identify and manage dependencies and risks within the value stream, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams. Remove impediments by identifying the right personnel and solutions. Establish and maintain open and clear lines of communication to facilitate transparency within teams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, SharePoint). Relevant certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are preferred.
