As an Engineer - Process Engineering at our Chennai, India location, you will be an essential member of our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to tool designing, AutoCAD drawings preparation, technical communication with internal stakeholders, coordination in cross-functional teams (CFT) for activities such as PPAP, APQP, and PFMEA, process design post-LOI from NPD, support in final sample submission to customers, handling stainless steel cold forging design and productivity, troubleshooting running parts, and more. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is eager to learn and grow, values recognition for their contributions, and is not afraid of innovation. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain APQP and engineering documents, prepare Tools Drawings, have experience with PFD & Manufacturing drawings/SAP Master creations, follow up on in-house and sub-con activities, and be involved in SOP part sign-off for mass production with the operations team.
