As a Planning & Fulfilment Specialist, you will drive strategic planning, purchasing, warehouse management, and inventory excellence across the entire value chain of the Local Business Unit. If you are passionate about transforming operations and inspiring teams. How you'll make an impact Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning. Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance. Oversee the site planning process, including Demand Planning, Sales & Operation Planning, Master Planning, Detailed Scheduling, and Materials Planning Ensure on-time material availability on the shop floor and coordinate responses to unplanned events Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize customer delivery, lead-time, inventory, material availability, and resource utilization Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital. Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels and analyze and propose solutions for planning and fulfilment challenges. Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning. Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration. Your background Bachelor's degree in engineering. 10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
