Job Description: Field Sales Manager Location: Gurgaon (On Site) Department: Sales & Operations Reports to: Head of Operations About Hair Originals Hair Originals is a leading brand offering premium 100% human hair extensions, wigs, and related products. Featured on Shark Tank India, we are rapidly growing our presence in both Indian and international markets. We are now looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day visit operations, manage order creation, and deliver the best possible experience to our customers. The role involves effectively managing and grooming the field sales team, driving operational excellence, leveraging CRM tools for sales tracking, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Visit Operations Management Lead and oversee complete visit-day operations to ensure smooth execution. Plan and monitor field sales activities to achieve set targets and KPIs. Ensure a seamless customer experience during every field visit. Sales & Order Management Drive order creation and ensure timely and accurate processing. Monitor sales pipelines and ensure conversion to meet revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities. CRM & Reporting Utilize CRM tools (Zoho, LeadSquare, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance. Ensure timely data entry, accuracy, and updates in CRM systems. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for strategic decisions. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and groom field sales representatives to improve performance and professionalism. Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, customer handling, and grooming standards. Foster a performance-driven and customer-first culture within the team. Customer Experience Ensure customers receive the best visit experience through professional service and engagement. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively. Gather feedback to continuously improve service quality. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 46 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and customer engagement. Hands-on experience with Zoho, LeadSquare, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms . Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
