Role & responsibilities Ensure that all requisite client & API standards are met with regard to quality of products (from source to final delivery). Devise and review specifications for products or processes. Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance. Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback as required. Support product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Implement QMS, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Implement Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / Checklists / Work Instructions / Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) /Manuals at all production stages. Ensure that the work is executed/delivered as per approved Drawings / Standards. Ensure implementation & maintenance of all QMS-related documents/records. Preferred candidate profile 3-8 years of relevant experience in related industry. Title and compensation will vary basis experience. Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
