As the Vice President of People Success for APAC at MarketStar, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the regional Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. Your role will involve formulating and executing people strategies that align with the organization's business objectives, as well as offering guidance and direction to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives. Collaborating with leadership at all levels, you will synchronize people strategies with broader business goals and drive organizational performance through innovative talent acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership: Lead and manage the Human Resources team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Continuous Improvement: Enhance talent acquisition processes and gather feedback for process improvement. - Talent Acquisition: Develop and drive talent acquisition strategies, design innovative recruitment approaches, and enhance employer branding initiatives. - Metrics and Analytics: Establish and monitor KPIs for Talent Acquisition, utilize data-driven insights for optimization, and leverage recruitment technologies effectively. - Business & People Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, drive workforce planning initiatives, and oversee performance management processes. - Change Management: Lead change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and address performance issues collaboratively. - What Will You Do : Utilize strategic thinking to align people strategies with business objectives, demonstrate strong leadership skills, manage talent effectively, lead change initiatives, leverage regional expertise, communicate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
