Key Responsibilities: Executive Search: Lead the executive recruitment process from talent identification to offer negotiation for senior leadership roles (VP, Director, C-suite). Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to define role requirements and develop comprehensive candidate profiles. Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., headhunting, referrals, networking, executive search firms) to identify and engage top-tier leadership talent. Candidate Experience: Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, from initial contact through to onboarding. Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidates using behavioral, competency-based, and leadership evaluation methods. Market Intelligence: Provide market insights on leadership talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor hiring practices. Employer Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand by promoting its leadership opportunities to top executives in the market. Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure the recruitment process fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring. Offer Negotiation: Partner with compensation teams to create competitive and compelling offers for selected candidates. Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to leadership recruitment performance and pipeline development. Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leadership/executive recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on senior-level hiring. Industry Expertise: Experience in the [industry] is highly preferred. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in HR is a plus. Executive Search Firm Experience: Experience working at or collaborating with executive search firms is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
