Role & responsibilities POL duties may include: Manage volunteer leader applications Assist with maintaining spreadsheet/database of applicants Create a database of future volunteer leaders Emails corresponding with each step of process Acceptance/rejection emails Interview questions FAQ sheet Help maintain a system to track potential candidates during the year Conduct phone conversations with interested volunteers and assist them in finding a position that fits their skills and history.
