Job Description: White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a leading recruitment firm in Bangalore, is hiring Team Leaders for IT & BPO recruitment . The role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing client requirements, and ensuring timely closures for both IT and BPO positions. Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Distribute client requirements and monitor progress. Ensure timely sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates. Coordinate with clients for feedback, interviews, and offer rollouts. Train new recruiters and enhance team productivity. Maintain performance reports and ensure delivery SLAs are met. Requirements: 36 years of recruitment experience with at least 12 years in a team leader role. Strong knowledge of IT and BPO hiring processes. Good communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Immediate joiners preferred. Location: Bangalore (Office-based role) Compensation: Salary + Incentives based on team performance.
