As a Lead Vice President - Data and Analytics at HSBC International Wealth & Premier Banking, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing effectiveness strategies and analytics to enhance business performance. Your expertise in marketing analytics tools and techniques will be instrumental in identifying trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to improve marketing performance and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). In this role, you will be responsible for creating performance marketing effectiveness dashboards, guiding markets to improve campaign measurement, and driving in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the business. Your proficiency in AI/ML concepts and tools will enable you to improve marketing effectiveness through advanced analytics techniques. As a leader in the Data and Analytics community, you will build relationships with stakeholders, promote a culture of innovation, and ensure outstanding customer service. Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach will be essential in working with teams across regions and functions to drive marketing effectiveness and analytics expertise. To excel in this role, you should possess specialized expertise in marketing effectiveness, proven track record in delivering analytics insights in global organizations, and proficiency in marketing effectiveness tools such as Market Mix Modelling and campaign measurement approaches. Your analytical, numerical, and presentation skills, along with expertise in analytics tools like R/Python/SAS and data visualization tools, will be key assets in driving data-driven decision-making. Additionally, your role will involve collaborating with global, regional, and local marketing teams, promoting data-driven culture, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. By continuously reviewing risks, driving process improvements, and aligning with data security protocols, you will contribute to the success of marketing effectiveness initiatives and support the broader goals of HSBC International Wealth & Premier Banking.
