Lead Virtual Designer

We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform.

Job Profile:

Build designs influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer isnt the right oneEstablish the platform as a visual leader in the enterprise AI spaceDevelop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platformsDesign and produce high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement contentOwn the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videosEnsure brand consistency across every customer touchpointWork hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teamsPartner with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and executionPresent design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholdersLevel up junior designers through hands-on workLead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinkingFoster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning

Requirements:

5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work
Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companiesExperience leading design projects from concept to deliveryBackground in both digital and traditional design mediums, as well as videoStrong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systemsTypography, color theory, and composition expertiseExperience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design toolsExperience with emerging design technologies, and an understanding of how AI can help a brand level up preferred.Background in startup or high-growth environments preferred.Motion graphics and animation skills preferred.
