Lead UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design

What Youll Do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user behaviour and pain points.
• Design and optimize user journeys across responsive websites, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and complex dashboards.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
• Build pixel-perfect UI aligned with brand and usability guidelines.
• Lead and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Use data and feedback to iterate and improve product design.
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience : 5+ years in UX/UI design
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, design thinking & accessibility principles
• Hands-on experience with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
• Experience designing dashboards, mobile apps & responsive web applications
• Great communication skills and ability to justify design decisions
• Self-driven, innovative, and passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences
