Lead UI Developer

Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead UI Developer to take charge of designing and implementing modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for our web applications. As the Lead UI Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and a superior user experience. You will be responsible for leading the frontend development team, setting best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code that meets business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Collaboration: o Lead a team of frontend developers in the design and development of user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. o Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-quality web applications. o Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance and support to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. UI/UX Development: o Architect and build modern, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces based on design specifications. o Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, user-friendly applications. o Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. Performance & Optimization: o Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and speed. o Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks and technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: o 7+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development and building modern web applications. o Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). o Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. o Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API. o Familiarity with modern frontend development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn). Tools & Frameworks: o Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). o Experience with version control systems like Git.
