This full-time on-site role in Bengaluru is tailored for a Lead Therapy professional with specialization in MPT Neuro. The incumbent will be entrusted with overseeing and managing therapy programs dedicated to neurological conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injuries, and neurodegenerative diseases. Key responsibilities involve assessing patient requirements, devising personalized rehabilitation strategies, supervising therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Profound knowledge of neurorehabilitation, stroke, and spinal cord injury management - Proficiency in formulating and executing individualized therapy plans - Experience in supervising and training therapy staff - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Capability to work harmoniously within a multi-disciplinary team - MPT in Neurology or related field - Previous experience in a leadership capacity within a healthcare environment would be advantageous.,
