Lead Telecom Designer

Role Overview: As a Lead Telecom Designer at Hanwha Ocean, you will be responsible for conducting telecom design and drafting mainly for Topside facilities in FPSO/FLNG or Offshore facilities under the supervision of Principal/Lead Engineer or Principal Designer. Your role will play a crucial part in contributing to groundbreaking projects that redefine the offshore industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Instrument Design and Drafting and 3D Modelling under the supervision of Head of Discipline, Principal/Lead Engineer, or Principal Designer. - Develop Instrument Design Database in Engineering Management Platform. - Participate in 30%, 60%, 90% model reviews and ensure comment closure. - Review Vendor Documents related to Telecom Deliverables. - Ensure the accuracy of as-built Telecom deliverables. Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of experience in the offshore or onshore oil and gas industry. - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical. - Minimum 5 years of experience at FPSO contractor or Offshore/Onshore EPC contractor. - Proficiency in Design Tools such as AutoCAD, AVEVA / E3D/ PDMS. - Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.,
