- Telecom background
The team will do e2e functional and user impact test and LoE validation on a test environment for every release; starting from site creation. (It ll require a competence ramp-up of course)
One of them should be more senior and have excellent coordination and communication skills. This person will be the Team Lead and will interface with stakeholders in detailed discussions, take LoE discussions with the Customer Unit(s) and Global Network Deployment (SAGND) team, and coordinate the work in the team accordingly.
The Customer Unit were currently working with is located in the US, while SAGND people are in India. The Team Lead would need to work in both time zones somehow at least partially. It can be someone in Europe, or another location including India can also be fine if the person agrees to work aligned to a different time zone.
