This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Lead / STE / TE at AQM Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual testing of web and mobile applications. You will create, execute, upload, and maintain test cases and test scenarios on JIRA. It will be your duty to identify, track, and report defects using JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with banking & financial regulations for secure transactions and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate for this position should possess skills in Test Automation, Load & Performance Testing, as well as proficiency in Security Testing and Cyber Security Audit. Experience with User Acceptance Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Quality Engineering, and Data Testing will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
