Lead Specialist - US FP&A

You will be responsible for the following key tasks as a Lead Specialist (FP&A SSC) based in Gurugram: - Budgeting & Forecasting - Financial Analysis & Reporting - Quarterly SOX audit reporting - Budgeting, Month Close and Post Close Reporting for management - Supporting in planning exercise quarterly/annually to identify the P&L levers Preferred qualifications and skills for this role include: - 6-8 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle - Proficiency in Power BI, Financial modelling, and Data Base Experience - Experience working for Global Shared Services in any geography To excel in this role, you should possess: - MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountancy or CPA/CMA - 6+ years of total experience with at least 4 years in Financial Planning and Analysis This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the financial success of the organization.,
