Lead Software Testing

As an Automation tester with Lambda experience, your role will involve: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Building and enhancing automation frameworks for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Collaborating with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and build robust test scenarios. - Implementing automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and backend workflows. - Working on AWS Lambda functions related to test automation workflows or validation tasks. - Developing supporting utilities or automation scripts using Python. - Identifying, logging, and tracking defects; performing root-cause analysis and working closely with developers on resolutions. - Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Contributing to improving test processes, standards, and quality metrics. - Participating in code reviews and ensuring best practices for automation and coding standards. - Experience testing APIs (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar. - Having a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies. You should have the following qualifications: - Experience: 5+ years - Location: Trivandrum, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune - Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid (3 days work from office) - Notice Period: 0 to 15 days (Max 30 Days) - Job stability is mandatory.
