Looking for a Lead Developer with expertise in .NET who can lead development team, conduct code reviews, manage deliverables, and task allocation. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in software design and development, with a proven ability to make pragmatic decisions on technical trade-offs. Proficiency in debugging and resolving complex defects efficiently is essential, along with a track record of mentoring and assisting junior engineers. Strong foundational knowledge in Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is required.
