Lead Software Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading moderately complex technical initiatives and delivering efficient solutions. Your role will involve providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure project success. Additionally, you will participate in large-scale planning and strategy to ensure technical goals align with business objectives. Your expertise in programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture, will be crucial in designing and implementing scalable, modular systems. Proficiency in PCF/Cloud platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry and experience with SOAP/RESTful Web Services will be essential for building and managing APIs. In-depth knowledge of Oracle DB, including query optimization and stored procedures, will be required for database-related tasks. Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular and React JS, as well as additional skills in Apache Kafka and MongoDB, will be advantageous. Your role will involve overseeing design, development, testing, and documentation while ensuring quality and performance standards are met. You will also be responsible for addressing technical challenges, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining stakeholder communication.
