Lead Software Engineer - .Net + AWS

Role Overview: As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Consumer and Community Banking - Chase Travel, you will be a key member of an agile team dedicated to enhancing, constructing, and delivering cutting-edge technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your role as a core technical contributor involves devising innovative software solutions, designing and developing high-quality code, as well as troubleshooting technical issues with a creative and unconventional mindset. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving operational stability improvements and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the Software Engineering community. Key Responsibilities: - Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with a focus on innovative problem-solving - Develop secure high-quality production code, review and debug code written by others - Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to enhance operational stability of software applications and systems - Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical applicability - Drive awareness and adoption of new technologies within the Software Engineering community - Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and mutual respect Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with a minimum of 5 years of applied experience - Hands-on experience in C# & .NET Core, analytical & logical skills, and background tasks with hosted services - Proficiency in developing secure, high-performance APIs and familiarity with AWS services like S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Micro-services architecture - Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and experience with Relational Databases like MySQL, Oracle DB, DB2, SQL Server, etc. - Good understanding of DB Design, Design Patterns, OOPs concepts, and modern development technologies/tools such as CI/CD, Jenkins, etc. - Positive attitude, willingness to assist others, and experience in Version Control management with GIT,
