Lead Software Engineer - Java/Spring Boot

As the Lead Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the architecture, design, and development of high-performance applications. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven track record of 1-2 years in a team lead or senior developer role. - Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage priorities independently with minimal supervision. - Prior experience in a product-based organization is mandatory; exposure to IoT or Telematics products will be an added advantage.
