Role Overview: As a Lead Software Development Engineer - Full Stack , you will be responsible for overseeing the development of web applications, working on both front-end and back-end technologies. You will mentor and lead a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable, and reliable applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to build solutions that meet business requirements and user needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment. Architect, design, and develop both front-end and back-end components for scalable web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and resolve issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving coding standards and development practices. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following established coding standards and methodologies. Lead the integration of third-party services and APIs. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, .NET). Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium). Previous experience in leading or managing engineering teams.
