We are seeking a Lead Software Development professional to guide our software engineering team in delivering innovative and efficient software solutions. This role requires extensive experience in software development and the ability to lead a team to success. Responsibilities Lead the software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team. Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Skills and Qualifications 11-12 years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
