Responsibilities Lead technology selection, architecture, and planning activities. Participate in full development cycle from system inception through release. Possess hands-on familiarity with the code base and existing products. Work with product organization to develop and integrate innovative solutions. Follow industry trends and developments to rapidly absorb new knowledge bases and incorporate them into new and existing architectures. Evolve our DevOps CI/CD strategy. Define and manage the DevOps maturity model for the product organization. Design the Application pipelines (CI), Infrastructure Design, and Deployment Pipeline (CD). Create software deployment strategies that allow DevOps engineers to deploy sites/software in any environment successfully (Cloud and Non-Cloud) Identify and evaluate potential risks in systems in relation to data integrity, security and disaster recovery and other non-functional requirements. Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies, technologies, and products, propose and follow through with improvements in processes and tools. Develop deep understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices. Review technical designs and provide guidance to software engineers on technical and architectural design decisions. Possess excellent automation skills and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes. Work with software engineers and other architects to define and refine the product structure to align with the business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs. Work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements. Participate in and contribute to Product Review Board to decide on product roadmap, architecture, and design methodologies. Be part of the global architect and network with others to further innovation, technology, and process development. Your Profile Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields. You have an experience of 12 - 16 years at a minimum designing and developing software. Ability to frame architectural decisions, provide technology leadership & direction. Experience in designing, architecting and implementing complex solutions. Experience in working on Microservices. Strong understanding on distributed architecture. Demonstrate and evangelize best practices for coding and team processes. Good experience on in handling open-source components. Good experience on Windows and Linux Platforms Worked in an Agile environment. Ability to work with a multi - technology / cross - functional teams and customer stakeholders. Experience in technology areas related to Cloud computing, IoT, AI/ML, DevSecOps, scripting languages, database. Extensive knowledge of Unix / Linux / Windows environments Must Have Skills: Experience in Solution Architecture is a must. Solid experience in Java 17 to 21, JEE 6 & 7,8 is a must. Solid experience on HTML5, Java script, Angular/Typescript, NodeJS is a must. Expertise in microservices design and architecture is a must. Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD is a must. Excellent knowledge of bash/shell scripting, Python, and other scripting methods is a must. Strong microservices deployment experience - Docker, Kubernetes, Helm is a must. Deployment tools like Jenkins / Teamcity / Circle CI / GitLab / Spinnaker / Azure Pipeline (Azure DevOps) is a must. Experience on cloud native applications and cloud services platforms like AWS, Azure is a must . Solid experience in Infrastructure as code tools like Terraform / ARM Template (Azure Resource Manager) is a must. Solid experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible / CHEF / Puppet, templating tools like Jinja is a must. Hands-on expertise with Spring Frameworks and RESTful web services is a must. Experience in API Gateway and IAM tools is a must. Experience in cache servers like Ehcache, Hazelcast, Redis is a must. Experience in both RDMS DB (like PostgreSQL/MySql) & NoSQL DB (like Casandra/Mongo DB) is a must. Experience in Build tools like Maven, Gradle is a must. Experience in centralized logging Systems like ELK Stack, Splunk is a must. Knowledge of Monitoring tools is a must. Strong knowledge of a Source Control Management system like SVN / GitHub / Gitlab is a must. Good understanding on Performance engineering. Good understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware/Vsphere etc.) and deployments. Nice to have Skills: Experience in micro frontend is a plus. Experience in Network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) is a plus. Knowledge of manual and automation test frameworks & tools is a plus. Good understanding of Microservices testing (contract testing etc.). Experience with Deployment on Devices/edge devices Knowledge or experience in technologies such as Delphi, C++, QT/QML, IoT is a plus. Knowledge or experience in working with mobile technologies is a plus. Build automated machine images tools like packer is a plus. Experience in packaging tools is a plus. Knowledge of SAST, DAST, IAST tools is a plus. Working knowledge of file systems, Networking basics, Storage NAS / SAN is a plus.
