Job Description

As the Head of the Cell & Molecular Biology department, you will be responsible for leading the team and overseeing the following key responsibilities: - Designing and executing the generation of recombinant antigens in E.Coli, Insect, and mammalian cells for diagnostic kits. - Generating monoclonal antibodies against antigens using Hybridoma / Phage display methods. - Making recombinant antibodies by isolating genes from Hybridoma and expressing them in Mammalian cells. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold an M.Sc or PhD in Life Sciences. - Have 10-15 years of experience in Recombinant proteins and Monoclonal Antibody generation. - Possess expertise in Molecular Biology, Cell culture, and Purification. - Knowledge about diagnostics assays such as CLIA, Rapid, and ELISA would be an added advantage.,
