Role Overview: As a Lead Scientist - Analytical R&D at Inventia Healthcare, you will be an integral part of the research and development team focused on pharmaceutical products. Your primary responsibilities will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Developing methods for drug products - Evaluating methods for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) - Analyzing routine and stability samples of development batches - Conducting forced degradation and mass balance studies of drug products - Troubleshooting operations of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) - Ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) regulations in the laboratory - Developing dissolution multimedia methods Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-7 years - Qualification: M.Sc/M.Pharm Inventia Healthcare, with over 40 years of experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, is a trusted partner to global pharmaceutical companies.
