Lead SAP SF Cloud Integration Lead

JOB SUMMARY:

The SAP SuccessFactors Integration Lead drives end-to-end integration delivery using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), overseeing requirements, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. With 810 years of experience, this role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems. The position collaborates closely with business and technical teams, manages integration architecture, and ensures data quality and compliance. It also includes mentoring team members, managing project timelines and risks, supporting pre-sales activities, and driving continuous improvement across integration processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

With 8-10 years of hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the following skills.

• Lead end-to-end integration projects for SAP SuccessFactors, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Oversee the design and optimization of integration architecture for SAP SuccessFactors with both SAP and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
• Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to create and optimize integration processes.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
• Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
• Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Develop and implement integration strategies and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints.
• Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of integration architects and developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance integration capabilities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation for integration workstreams.
• Provide regular status updates, metrics, and escalation management to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, scoping, and proposal development for integration projects.
• Communicate effectively with client teams and internal teams to discuss requirements and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors projects specifically focused on Payroll module.
• Strong understanding of SAP CPI architecture and its application in integrating multiple systems.
• Experience working with cloud-based integrations using various integration platforms.
