As a Lead SAP Consultant / Sr. Consultant - PP, your role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP PP Module. You will be responsible for performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, identifying gaps, issues, and providing appropriate system solutions. Additionally, you will be required to: - Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements - Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives - Design, customize, configure, and test PP - Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and software problem-solving - Document functional designs, test cases, and results - Identify and propose business process and system enhancements - Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects - Provide ad-hoc training and user support - Work self-directed and independently, acting as a subject matter mentor to junior members In terms of knowledge and skills required, you should have: - Good understanding of business processes related to Production Planning - Knowledge of ECC & SAP S/4 HANA from SAP PP module perspective - Experience in full cycle implementation and support projects for PP module - Knowledge of manufacturing processes in Discrete, Repetitive, and Process Industries - Proficiency in Master Data management - Cross-functional experience with FICO, MM, QM, PM, SD, PM - Familiarity with FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Understanding of accounting business processes - Strong communication skills for domestic and international client interaction - Results-oriented with a Can-do attitude and adaptability - SAP S/4 HANA Certification in PP or manufacturing preferred - Knowledge of Batch Management Functionality, PPDS, IBP, Workflow, IDOC, SAP QM, third-party tool interfaces - Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes - Zeal to learn new things and be a team player Your qualifications should include any degree and relevant certifications or trainings, preferably related to SAP S/4 HANA in PP or manufacturing.
