As a partner on key client projects like those at Genpact , we empower global digital transformation initiatives. Project Overview: You will be part of a high-impact team driving digital transformation for Genpact. The focus will be on enhancing and scaling Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations to support business operations across India. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate into technical architecture. Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Perform configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs). Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices. Lead a team of developers and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members. Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Manage deployment using CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce implementations. Key Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 4+ years in a lead capacity. Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Hands-on with Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Aura Components . Proficient in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Reports. Experience with Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools). Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant
