Lead - Route Planning

As a Revenue Management Manager at the Nations" Leading Aviation Company, your role will involve leading the development and implementation of innovative revenue management strategies for cargo operations. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring profitability through strategic route planning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive cargo revenue management strategies to maximize revenue by continuously analyzing market conditions, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Monitor route performance using key performance indicators such as load factors, revenue yields, and on-time performance to identify areas for improvement and enhance profitability. - Work closely with the Network Planning team to optimize network connectivity and operational requirements between cargo and passenger flight schedules. - Manage, develop, train, and motivate a team of Cargo Capacity Supervisor and Cargo Capacity Controller to ensure consistent and effective monitoring of economic performance of flights. - Engage with sales and operations to facilitate operations, resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Participate in project initiation, implementation, and execution as a subject matter expert reporting to Head - Pricing and Revenue Management.
