Lead React.js/Node.js Developer

You are a talented and experienced Lead React.js & Node.js Developer joining GrabOn's development team. Your role involves designing and developing key features for GrabOn's platform using React.js and Node.js. As a Lead Developer, you will lead a team of developers and ensure best practices are followed for efficient web application development. - Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js. - Build reusable components and optimize applications for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. - Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and seamless integration of APIs. - Develop backend services using Node.js with a focus on high performance, scalability, and robustness. - Create and maintain RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and databases to support frontend requirements. - Implement real-time features like chat, notifications using WebSockets or similar technologies. - Lead and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to coding practices and design patterns. - Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and guide the team towards technical excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth feature delivery. - Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications while meeting technical requirements. - Continuously evaluate and enhance system architecture to align with emerging technologies. - Optimize frontend and backend performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain overall application health. - Collaborate with product and design teams to build high-quality features. - Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js development. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs, database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git), build tools (Webpack, Babel), and task runners (npm, Gulp). - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong communication skills.,
