Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React.js.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
  
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices across the team.
  
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 710 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
  
• Mandatory experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
  
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools.
  
• Strong experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
  
• Proficient in RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
  
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  
• Experience with testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
