Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Lead React.js Developer

to head a team of 30 front-end engineers. The ideal candidate will have

7-8 years of experience

with strong React.js expertise, and

full-stack capability (Node.js, backend exposure)

is a strong plus.

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad (Work from Office)

This is a contract role with an initial term of

three (3) to six (6) months

Based on project needs and performance, the contract can be extended up to a maximum of one (1) year.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of React.js developers, providing
technical guidance and mentorship
.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to
translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Drive
front-end architecture, design patterns, and code reviews.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
If full-stack: contribute to backend development using
Node.js/Express and databases.

Required Skills

7-8 years of hands-on experience in
React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, HTML5, CSS3.
Strong understanding of
front-end architecture and design patterns.
Experience integrating with
RESTful APls / GraphQL.
Team leadership experience
(mentoring, reviewing, guiding juniors).
Nice-to-have:
Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud deployment (AWS/ Azure).
