Job Description

As a React Lead Developer, you will lead and mentor a team of front-end developers to create scalable, performant, and visually engaging web applications using React.js.

Required Skills :

5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on React.js & Next.js experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role, managing a team of 5-10 developers.
Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
Expertise in React Hooks, Context API, Redux/MobX, and component-driven development.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or Emotion.
Proficiency in REST and GraphQL API integration.
Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks for SSR and performance optimization.
Comfortable with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
Knowledge of code splitting, lazy loading, performance tuning, and browser rendering behaviors.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD workflows.
Strong Git skills and familiarity with branching, PR processes, and code reviews.
