Lead Quality Assurance Engineer-Salesforce Apps

As a Lead QA Engineer in Testing at Clarivate, you will have the opportunity to work on various products and services within the Quality Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include: - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in functional and non-functional testing. - Specialization in both UI and API automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter, and TypeScript language. - Experience in testing applications hosted on Salesforce App Exchange. - Proficiency in version control systems like Git or Bitbucket and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab. It would be beneficial if you also possess: - Understanding of open-source tools. - Familiarity with cloud tools like AWS and Docker. - Experience in performance engineering with tools like Netload, JMeter, or LoadRunner. In this role, you will: - Lead QA modules by assigning work and serving as the point of contact for the QA team. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Customers, and Business Analysts for requirement understanding and refinement. - Encourage team building and confidence among team members. - Evaluate, learn, and adapt to new tools. - Manage workload priorities for yourself and the team, as well as stakeholders" expectations. - Develop test plans/strategies and execute complex automated tests. - Estimate QA effort for epics/releases. The existing QA team at Clarivate, spread across India and Belgrade, consists of testers with strong technical and analytical skills. You will be part of a large group responsible for delivering world-class products and innovative solutions in the field of Intellectual Property. This is a permanent position at Clarivate, with work hours in the IST time zone. You will work 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break, in a hybrid and employee-friendly work environment.
