Role Overview: You will be joining our team in the Technology division at Director level to lead and innovate in building connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of communities. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization to identify improvement opportunities in existing and future technology solutions. - Effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives. - Demonstrate an advanced understanding of the business line and discipline with knowledge of the competitive environment and other disciplines. - Bring at least 6 years of relevant experience to fulfill the skills required for this role.
