Key Responsibilities: - Be customer-centric by capturing the voice of the business/customers. - Manage end-to-end product management, including defining product vision, creating product roadmap, overseeing product implementation, delivery, and benefit realization. - Set, prioritize, and assess the work generated by a software scrum team to ensure a customer-oriented product. - Maintain a prioritized backlog balancing feature requests, tech debt, and architectural changes to guide engineering teams in creating the best product. - Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize all aspects of the product and manage the backlog. - Gather feedback and requirements across the enterprise and act as a key stakeholder in agile practices. - Establish relationships with key stakeholders to ensure products meet customer demands effectively. Qualifications Required: - 15 years of experience in product management, technology, or a relevant field. - Proficiency in working with scrum and agile software development methodologies. - Strong written and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights. - Knowledge of platform principles, software development best practices, distributed systems, and modern application development practices. - Business acumen with the ability to identify and monitor key performance metrics for product performance optimization. - Bonus: Software development experience is a plus.
