Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Product Manager- Technical, you will be responsible for working directly with the programs supporting market-facing products to develop a shared roadmap and corresponding backlog in development-ready detail. You will serve as the bridge between product marketing and engineering by forming deep relationships with partners in product, collaborating across Decision Management and Mastercard Technology, and translating knowledge into actionable work for a team of Software Engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Form deep and meaningful relationships with product partners to understand business drivers and ensure technological alignment - Collaborate across Decision Management and Mastercard Technology to understand functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of systems - Independently translate relationships and knowledge into structured and actionable work for Software Engineers Qualifications Required: - Precise written and verbal communicator - Curious and helpful by nature, with a desire to understand the "whys" and "hows" - Technologically savvy, preferably with a background in software or data engineering - Proficient with data-intensive applications such as APIs, Java, Spring, Containers, Microservices, and Eventing - Organized and able to translate abstract inputs into concrete actions using tools like JIRA, Rally, or Asana Additional Details: The position requires a undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a Business/STEM-intensive degree program with related experiences in software engineering and/or data analytics. Additionally, as part of corporate security responsibility, you are expected to abide by Mastercard's security policies, ensure confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations, breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings.,
