About The Role

Were seeking a Lead Product Designer to focus on growth, adoption, and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence how users onboard, engage, and build long-term trust with the product.

What Youll Do

• Lead design for onboarding, engagement, and retention-focused features.
• Map customer journeys and identify areas of friction and opportunity.
• Develop frameworks and reusable patterns for consistent user flows.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Conduct rapid prototyping and user testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Mentor peers on journey mapping and user-centered design thinking.

• 57 years of experience in product design with exposure to growth-focused projects.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, usability, and visual communication.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design holistic experiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
