About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design quality across core product experiences. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, lead feature development, and mentor designers, ensuring that every solution meets the highest standard of craft and usability.

What Youll Do

• Own design direction for multiple product charters.
• Conduct research immersions and translate insights into product frameworks.
• Deliver high-quality design outputs that raise the craft bar for the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
  

What Were Looking For

• 57 years of product design experience in B2C technology companies.
• Strong craft in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience leading design within cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating execution excellence.
