As a Lead Product & Design at CozmoX AI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product and design strategy. We are looking for someone who is a product strategist, systems thinker, and design craftsman all rolled into one. You will be responsible for driving product and design decisions starting from 01 and beyond, leading a multidisciplinary team through discovery, execution, and delivery. Your responsibilities will include owning and evolving the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and user needs. You will be translating ambiguous problems into clear product goals and actionable plans, working closely with engineering, data, and stakeholders to ship high-impact features efficiently. Additionally, you will lead discovery sprints, conduct user interviews, and run product experiments to achieve measurable outcomes. In terms of design leadership, you will drive a strong design philosophy centered around usability, accessibility, and simplicity. Ensuring consistency across the product using scalable design systems will be a key aspect of your role. You will champion clean, modern UI and UX by staying updated with design trends and patterns, guiding design decisions with user insights, usability testing, and data. Your focus on process orientation and problem-solving will involve establishing efficient workflows across product and design teams, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable processes that encourage collaboration and iteration. You will bring clarity to complex situations and foster a problem-solving culture rooted in design thinking and structured decision-making. Leveraging low-code/no-code tools to prototype or build MVPs, and utilizing modern product and design tools to drive collaboration and transparency will be part of your tooling and technical design responsibilities. You will push boundaries with minimal code to accelerate product development. As the ideal candidate, you should have at least 6+ years of experience in product management and design, with 2+ years in a leadership or cross-functional role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design sensibility, problem-solving ability, and product outcomes is essential. Deep understanding of product discovery, user research, and agile development processes, along with expertise in low-code tools and modern design systems for Web & Mobile, is required. You should be passionate about clean design, user-centered thinking, and possess a highly collaborative yet independent work style. If you have experience in startups or fast-paced product environments, familiarity with AI-powered design or productivity tools, or a technical background working closely with engineering teams, it's a bonus.
