Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead Pitching: Proactively connect with inbound and outbound leads to introduce and explain the franchise opportunity. Franchise Model Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge about the franchise model, its benefits, operational support, ROI expectations, and value proposition. Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or phone calls with interested leads, and attend to walk-ins as needed. Follow-Up & Closure: Maintain consistent follow-ups, address queries/objections, and drive the leads through the sales funnel to closure. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales progress on the CRM. Requirements: Preferably female candidate Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 35 years of core sales experience in any industry. Franchise sales or B2B sales experience is a strong plus. Meet and exceed monthly franchise sales targets. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
