Lead Oracle Financial Technical Consultant

As a Technical Lead for Oracle ERP Cloud at Fusion Practices, your role will involve driving technical solution design, development, and delivery for complex ERP transformation programs. You will need a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities to partner with functional, business, and client teams. Your deep experience in Oracle Cloud integrations, Reporting, and extensions, along with a strong understanding of financial processes within Oracle ERP Cloud, will be key in guiding teams and ensuring technical quality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, focusing on Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses. - Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations and extensions using OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Custom Reports tailored for financial processes. - Collaborate closely with functional Finance teams to translate business and accounting requirements into scalable technical solutions for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, performance tuning, and security compliance in finance-related integrations and reporting. - Provide mentorship to technical team members, guiding them on Financials data flows, accounting logic, and subledger-to-ledger processes. - Engage with clients, particularly Finance stakeholders, to offer technical and functional insights for resolving financial data, reporting, and integration challenges. - Support enhancements, quarterly updates, regression testing, and wider project activities impacting Oracle Financials modules. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in Oracle technologies. - Hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), BI Publisher, OTBI, and Custom Reporting. - Proven track record of delivering 2-3 Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Modules and their integrations. - Excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and solution design capabilities. In addition to the above, Fusion Practices values experience in working on UK-based projects or within the Banking/Financial Services domain. Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, global delivery environments with distributed teams are preferred qualifications for this role.,
