Role Overview: As the Lead Nurse at Sukoon Health's Psychiatry Center, your role is crucial in developing and implementing educational programs for the nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and update nursing education programs and curricula specific to psychiatric nursing. - Stay updated on best practices, evidence-based nursing, and educational strategies. - Conduct assessments of nursing staff learning needs and customize educational programs accordingly. - Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance clinical and behavioral health skills. - Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff for their professional development. - Maintain detailed records of staff training and competency assessments. - Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training. - Work closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to align nursing education with patient care goals. - Identify opportunities for quality improvement in nursing care and education and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
