Lead NetSuite (Functional Consultant)

Role Overview: At EG, you will be developing industry-specific software alongside peers from the industry. The software is backed by EG for stability, innovation, and security, with a commitment to advancing industries by tackling challenges such as resource use, efficiency, and sustainability. As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming businesses with solid NetSuite solutions and enhancing user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business units, including finance, to understand their processes and requirements - Plan, design, configure, and customize NetSuite aligning with specific business needs - Ensure holistic deliveries at the agreed time, cost, and quality - Perform daily operational tasks, documentation, and utilize agile methodology, Jira and Confluence - Analyze different environments, identify problems, and deliver effective solutions - Leverage and customize out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions - Assess the current NetSuite environment and drive increased utilization, functionality, and workflow automation - Design and implement future-state integrations of data into NetSuite efficiently - Stay updated on IT and industry trends relevant to current and new technologies Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience - Experience with Zone Advanced Billing, AVT, Dynatos/ReadSoft, Pagero, and Banking preferred - Experience with Localization bundles, preferably the Nordic bundles - Experience with exporting, modifying, and importing data, using saved searches, CSV import, mass update, and scripts - Relevant technical qualifications like a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related fields - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - NetSuite Certified Professionals or NetSuite Certified Consultant certification highly preferred Additional Company Details: EG IT is responsible for supporting, developing, managing, and maintaining EG's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and databases. The department focuses on enhancing overall system capabilities through new feature functionality and requires technical skills and knowledge of the organization's business objectives and processes.
