Job Title: Lead .Net Developer , .Net/#C : WPF, WEB API , My SQL database. Company: Leiton India (Also known as Siarvin PCB solutions Pvt Ltd) Location: Bangalore Experience: 8+ years Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science or a related field Job Overview: Leiton India is seeking an experienced .NET/C# Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with expertise in C# , .NET Framework and experience in both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms. You should be proficient in developing with .NET , WebAPI and .NET Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and have experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL . The main responsibility will be the development of our customized, in-house ERP system based on a client-server architecture using .NET/C# with a WPF desktop client. Key Responsibilities: Development & System Design : Develop and maintain robust applications using .NET/C# Framework (including WebAPI and WPF ). Contribute to design decisions, focusing on maintainability, simplicity, and usability. Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code. Database Management : Design and implement MySQL database schemas and queries. Ensure data integrity, clarity, and smooth day-to-day operations for robust database management. Quality Assurance : Write unit and integration tests , perform code reviews , and troubleshoot application issues. Focus on identifying root causes and preventing future problems. Collaboration & Agile Practices : Work closely with a small team, actively participating in Agile development practices to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables. Documentation & Reporting : Create and maintain technical documentation for code and system processes. Provide regular updates and status reports to the team and stakeholders. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development /C#. Proficiency in .NET, WebAPI , WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), and MySQL . Good understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Selection process: There will be 3 rounds of interviews. Initial round will be an online assessment test.
