Lead - .NET core and Angular Developer

As the team leader of developers, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of applications utilizing the .NET Core API or Restful API framework for the backend and Angular for the frontend. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in .NET Core, Angular, C#, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies to guide and support junior developers. Mentoring and coaching will be key aspects of your daily routine, fostering a collaborative team environment. In addition to leading the development team, you will take charge of project activities from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and management, will be essential. You will also play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable application architectures, potentially incorporating microservices and cloud-based solutions. Conducting code reviews to ensure quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in applications to optimize user experience and efficiency will be crucial for success in this role. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET Core and Angular, is required. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and database technologies, particularly SQL Server, is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is advantageous. Experience with unit testing frameworks, front-end testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma, Agile and Scrum development processes, and microservices architecture is beneficial. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
