Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Monitoring Engineer to join our team at BMC Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and troubleshooting, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure high availability of systems and applications.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance and identify issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers on monitoring tools and techniques.
Participate in the development of new monitoring tools and technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, EMC, and CA Technologies.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
